huhu..
my coughs are getting worst..
so,saturday morning tu bangun,i started to wheez
adoi,sahih la nak kene athma nih.
mule nye cam malas nak amek kesah..
tapi lame2 tu freak out,sbb tadek inhaler sume.
so,siap2 sume,pegi jumpe local gp.
thank god die bukak 7 days a week.
kat sini laen sket,takleh beli medcine without prescrition.
and the nurse ckp most likely i kene chest infection,not athma.
but still,she gave me the inhaler,just incase
nak tau dapat ubat ape?jeng2..hik3..

honey and lemon nih bak kate nurse tu ubat paling effective slain dari paracetamol.
